A benchmark for the commercial buildings in São Paulo, Berrini One is a technological landmark with an unprecedented technological innovation project. Its access control is integrated with the CCTV, with face recognition for condominium members. e-vertical worked together with Bueno Netto in the design of the project, besides having carried out the work related to all the automation systems of the building, as well as maintaining and operating them remotely.

Miss Silvia Morizono uses the same resources as the most modern enterprises in the world. It’s an Triple A building.
e-vertical was responsible for installing special systems, such as Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes, which allow different temperatures in each office environment, fire fighting and detection, and the property security project, which includes closed circuit TV, magnetic access control cards, turnstiles, gates, door sensors and 24-hour surveillance.
E-vertical was also responsible for integrating all BMS systems in order to ensure efficiency, system availability and comfort. We also assisted the enterprise in achieving the LEED® Gold certification.

Thera Berrini - Corporate
The Thera complex occupies 17,000 m² of land and includes, in addition to the corporate tower, commercial rooms and an area of approximately 300 m² for the implementation of service and gastronomic spaces.
e-vertical was responsible for installing and operating the automation system, which continuously control the intelligent operation of the central air conditioning (including private areas) with fan coils, the chilled water central composed of electric chillers and outlet ducts, with acoustic attenuation and return to fan coils, the water and electricity entry and distribution, the lighting, the emergency generators, the CCTV, the restricted area access control and the fire fighting devices.
The system generates service, maintenance and prevention orders electronically, alerting to the need for preventive and corrective actions. All this guarantee the title of “Triple A” building to Thera.

Vista Faria Lima
The building stands out for offering the most up-to-date technological features. Free of intermediate columns, the Vista Faria Lima building allows an excellent use of the occupied area, total flexibility in the interior planning and optimization of the organizational flow. e-vertical has installed the most modern and important systems required by the Triple A category, including the automation of the CCTV system with digital recording, central air conditioning (VRF), power generators for emergency use and peak hours, equipment for thermal and acoustic comfort and access control focused on agility, safety and convenience, with early call integrated to the elevators. Since its development, e-vertical has assisted Vista Faria Lima in complying with LEED® GOLD pre-certification.

Building - Vera Cruz II
Efficiency and sustainability guided the Vera Cruz II development process, bringing to the building the region’s first LEED® Platinum pre-certification.
e-vertical was responsible for the installation and integration of the special systems. The installed fire alarm and detection system is one of the most reliable and safe in the market, as the fire center has a highly reliable and intelligent panel, as well as addressable optical and thermal smoke detectors. A smoke extraction and stair pressurization system was also installed.
In the CCTV system, IP cameras with digital recording system were installed. The access control system has turnstiles with glass doors and a special entry for disabled people. Also noteworthy: the building has a set of 3 diesel generators capable of taking the entire electrical charge of the building within 15 seconds, a substation with 3 transformers and a monitoring system linked to UPSs.
